Delivery

I run my small business alone, so please allow up to a week for me to pack and dispatch your order, although I try to pack as quickly as possible so you get your goodies as soon as possible! If you live outside of the UK please give me a message through my contact form and I’ll generate a postage quote for you!

Delivery Timings

UK: 2-5 working days. Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 hour service, this allows for products to be insured whilst in transit.

When to contact me if your order hasn't arrived

UK: 10 working days. This is what I can see whether delivery has been attempted or not.

Please send me an email at hello@theamyquinn.co.uk if you believe your order is lost as I can contact royal mail on your behalf for more information.

Wrong/an incomplete delivery address

In the event of this you must contact me immediately, before the item is dispatched. I won't be able to refund you for your order if it gets lost. Hopefully the item will be returned to me, and then I will offer to refund your order (minus postage) or ask you to pay postage again to send it out a second time with an updated address.

Damaged items

If an order arrives damaged, or you believe it is faulty in any way, please contact hello@theamyquinn.co.uk as soon as possible with a clear photo of the issue so I can appropriately address it for you. If I am not contacted within 14 days of delivery, I will be unable to take responsibility for the damage, unless it is a clear print/production error.

Although I take care to package goods appropriately, accidents can happen during transit, and I will do my best to resolve any issues for you.
